Privacy Notice
This is a plain-language notice for an informational, pre-launch website. It is pending formal legal review.
What we collect
EverNest is currently in development. This website does not host the EverNest product and does not collect information about children. We only collect what you choose to enter in the “Talk with the Founder” form or the “EverNest Pilot Interest” form: your name, email address, organization or program name, role or interest, program location, approximate program size, current childcare software, documentation challenges, selected interests, and your message.
How we use it
We use your submission to respond to your inquiry, to learn who may be a good fit for early pilot conversations, and to send product updates when you ask for them. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
How it is stored
Submissions are stored in a private, access-controlled database. They are not readable from this public website and are not displayed anywhere publicly. Only EverNest’s founder and anyone she explicitly authorizes can review them.
Retention and your choices
We keep submissions for as long as needed for pilot research and follow-up. You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete what you submitted, or to stop contacting you. Email jovy_galvin@icloud.com.
Changes
As EverNest moves toward pilot and product release, this notice will be replaced with a fuller, legally reviewed privacy policy covering the product itself.
